Investment Strategy

Focus on Urban Properties

Target properties located in urban areas with high growth potential and strong demand for rental housing. Urban environments often offer diverse amenities, proximity to transportation, and access to job opportunities.

Multifamily & Single Family Residences

Invest in both multifamily properties (apartment buildings) and single-family residences to diversify the portfolio and capture different market segments.

Value Add Approach

Look for properties with untapped potential or in need of improvements to increase their overall value. Implement strategic renovations and upgrades to enhance the properties' appeal and rental potential.BRRR Strategy: Adopt the BRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance) approach to optimize returns on investment. Purchase properties at favorable prices, renovate them to increase their value, rent them out to generate cash flow, and then refinance to pull out initial investment capital for reinvestment.

Due Diligence

Conduct thorough market research and due diligence to identify properties with strong growth prospects, favorable rental demand, and potential for value appreciation.

Risk Mitigation

Diversify the investment portfolio across different properties, locations, and property types to mitigate risk and ensure a balanced investment approach.
